The new era of 5 axis CNC saw
An important technological leap makes this machine even more powerful, stable and precise, confirming the reliability and safety that, for a long time, distinguishes Sasso. Designed for precision machining in a simple and automatic way, it is perfect for linear, curved, angled cuts and for the realization of complex shapes, with disc or milling tool. The structure in hot galvanized steel, consisting of 2 thick tubes and the frame sanding made with strengthening bends, make the structure very stable to the stresses during processing. The bridge is made with vertical segmentations that makes it particularly resistant to loads and stresses, making it the normal mechanical bending insignificant.

The M1 is a 25HP fully automatic 5 Axis CNC Saw capable of rapid automated cutting and milling. The user-friendly touch screen allows easy programing and operation of the saw.
In addition to automated cutting and milling, this machine is a true mono block design. This design allows for a smaller foot print and significantly increased machine rigidity.

RAPID MOVEMENT AND CUTTING ACCURACY.
The bridge is robust post tensioned steel and driven by TWO servos! (Eliminates driveshaft!) Precise interpolated servos to control the rapid movement of the X, Y, C, A and Z axis.
FULLY ARTICULATED CUTTING AND MILLING HEAD
The cutting head rotates a full 360 degrees and miters from 0 degrees to 90. Includes M20 Adapter and 1/2 Gas Adapter. A multitude of tooling can be utilized with this system for milling and carving.
EASY STONE CAD SOFTWARE WITH COLLISION AVOIDANCE
All Sasso CNC Saws come with state of the art CAD/CAM software. The EasyStone Basic software is engineered to making programming and operating the saw powerful and simple.
EXCLUSIVE SASSO SUPER PLUNGE FEATURE
This revolutionary advancement allows the saw to plunge into the bed of the machine. Obtain greater slab yield as a result of tighter nesting of parts on the slab and reduce mill time on sink corners and L shapes.
WIRELESS REMOTE PENDANT
The pendant is used for manually positioning the saw head and comes standard on the M1 Ultimate.
EXTREME DUTY GALVANIZED FRAME PREVENTS CORROSION
Paint chips, peels and rusts over time. All Sasso machinery is hot galvanized to prevent rust and protect your investment.
157 INCH WIDE TWO TON HYDRAULIC TILT TABLE
The M1 comes with a hydraulically powered TWO ton tilt table which is a part of the rigid mono block frame to facilitate easy loading of slabs and allows gang cutting multiple slabs at a time.
TOOL & SLAB MEASURING SYSTEMS
Our engineers have built systems that allow you to measure blade wear & tool wear. The slab probe measures the thickness of the slab.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
OVERHEAD CAMERA & VIEN MATCH SOFTWARE
The camera mounts over the saw. This allows location of slabs and the ability to align veins and program at the controls using DDX.
CONTINUOUS AUTOMATED LUBRICATION
This system makes lubrication easy and affordable. Eliminates grease cartridge system and most hand lubrication.
VACUUM LIFT AND SHIFT
Using automation provided by EasyStone, the vacuum system Is available on the M1 in addition to the standard SuperPlunge.
