The fifth generation of the K600 is a fully automatic 5 Axis CNC Saw capable of rapid automated cutting of granite slabs and milling. The user-friendly touch screen allows easy programing and operation of the saw.

In addition to automated cutting and milling, this machine is a mono block design. This design allows for a smaller foot print and increased machine rigidity.

BUILT TO MAINTAIN CUTTING ACCURACY.
The bridge is robust post tensioned steel. The K600 5 Axis saw uses very precise servos to control the movement of the X, Y, C and Z axis.

FULLY ARTICULATED CUTTING AND MILLING HEAD
The cutting head rotates a full 360 degrees and miters from 0 degrees to 90. Includes M20 Adapter and 1/2 Gas Adapter

ALPHACAM SASSO SOFTWARE WITH COLLISION AVOIDANCE
All Sasso CNC Saws come with state of the art CAD/CAM software. The software is designed to make cutting and milling a simple, fast and productive for your machine operator.

EXCLUSIVE SASSO SUPER PLUNGE FEATURE
This revolutionary advancement allows the saw to plunge into the bed of the machine. Obtain greater slab yield as a result of tighter nesting of parts on the slab and reduce mill time on sink corners and L shapes.

AUTO LUBRICATION SYSTEM
All motion control axises feature auto lubrication cylinders.

GALVANIZED FRAME PREVENTS CORROSION
Paint chips, peels and rusts over time. All Sasso machinery is hot galvanized to prevent rust and protect your investment.

HYDRAULIC TILT TABLE
The K600 comes with a hydraulically powered one ton tilt table which is a part of the rigid mono block frame to facilitate easy loading of slabs. 

SLAB PROBE
A precise probe is mounted to the saw head to measure the thickness of the slab. (Very useful if you do a lot of mitering)

TOOL PROBE MEASURING SYSTEM
Our engineers have built a device that allows you to automatically measure blade diameter AND tool length (lasers don’t do a great job).

WIRELESS REMOTE PENDANT
The pendant is used for manually positioning the saw head.

OVERHEAD CAMERA FOR SLAB LOCATION
All Sasso K series saws have the option for an overhead camera.
